How We Do It
DESIGN
FSD has an in-house , full service, veteran creative art team that works closely with our sales personnel and manufacturing divisions to take your artwork from concept to screens and eventually production.
Our designers, illustrators, and technical support staff all work together to provide our customers with services ranging from execution only (producing film from your art files), to full-package branding, graphics development, and illustration. Our goal is two-fold; to realize the creative vision you have for your company, and to translate that vision into a market ready screen print program.
PRINTING
We own over 100,000 square feet of printing, packing and fulfillment space in Tecate, Mexico.
Our state-of-the-art printing complex is Disney, Sears, Walmart and SGS approved. The plant operates an efficient work force, capable of production over 50K pieces daily while maintaining a superior reputation for quality.
The entire range of inks we use are in compliance with lead and phthalate standards required by the US government and major US retailers. Exceeding the standards set forth by the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA). We’re constantly pushing the boundaries with the latest trends and techniques in the screen printing industry.
We work closely with our ink manufacturers to make sure we’re developing the latest in trendsetting prints. FSD has a wide array of specialty inks from foil to flocking, we have it all!
LOGISTICS
With our printing facility only 20 miles from our US distribution center shipments are able to cross back and forth daily with ease.
Offering a full range of packaging capabilities from full truck loads to individual subscription boxes we can ship direct to retailers or even fulfillment for end consumers.
Our logistics department will ensure the efficient flow and storage of goods to meet your retail customer requirements. Our experienced EDI staff can assist with any or all of the following:
• Process POs
• Create packing lists
• Generate bill of ladings
• Route shipments
• Send ASNs
